ADVISORY BOARD

Managing a successful corporation requires a collaborative environment and input from a broad group of knowledgeable and experienced professionals. The Peer Review Mediation and Arbitration Board of Advisors was established to create a critical, independent and objective team of advisors who can help guide the strategic operations of the Company. It is made up of investors and participating physicians.

Advisory board members take an active role in shaping PRMA's long-term strategic direction, assessing business operations, contributing to competitive intelligence and advancing the Company's interests. Routine on-line forums enable board members to engage in ongoing constructive dialogue to provide valuable feedback, exchange ideas and develop leading edge strategies.
