Jeffrey P. Bomze, MD, FAAP
Dr. Bomze graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and completed his pediatric residency at the University of North Carolina. He had fellowship training in both pediatric infectious diseases at Baylor College of Medicine and nonsurgical sports medicine at the Graduate Hospital Human Performance and Sports Medicine Center in Wayne, PA.
He is board-certified in both pediatrics and adolescent medicine. He worked in clinical research at Wyeth Labs, and has been in private practice in Bryn Mawr, PA for the last 16 years. He owns his current practice and has extensive clinical experience in pediatrics, adolesecent medicine, sports medicine, and school and community health.
He has been involved in many local school and community activities, and has sat on many committees for his health system, as well as several local regional and national organizations. He is on the Advisory Board for Independence Blue Cross in his area, and was on their Quality Management Committee for several years. He has done expert defense work for various attorneys in the area. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and fellow of the Society for Adolescent Medicine. He resides in Bryn Mawr, PA with his wife and 2 children.
