BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The Board of Directors is comprised of seasoned veterans of the industry whose experience will accelerate the successful implementation and market leadership position of Peer Review Mediation and Arbitration.

Willis Hale, founder, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board, is responsible for general strategic and financial oversight. He has over twenty years of varied financial, Internet and business management experience. Willis brings over two decades of public company formation, finance and acquisition experience to the role of CEO. He is a graduate of the University of West Florida - Business Administration and received his BS - Environmental Engineering degree from the University of Tennessee.

Steven Trattner, President, Director, is responsible for strategic planning and implementation, and business and market development. He has been a professional managed care and insurance business consultant since 1997. Prior to joining PRMA he served as CEO of Financial Security Awareness, Inc., engaged in the financial and insurance industry. He also served in a variety of executive marketing positions for several national managed care organizations. Mr. Trattner earned his MBA from the University of Phoenix and his Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Communications from Ohio State University.

Regina Boyer, Secretary and Director since September 1, 2001, is Vice President of Operations for PRMA. From 1997 to 1999, Ms. Boyer served as a Member of the Executive Secretariat for the XIII World Congress of Cardiology, headquartered in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish, Ms. Boyer is a graduate of Anglo-American University in Rio de Janeiro, having received her B.A. in International Business in 1982.
